My name is Tania Lawrence and I’m putting myself forward to be your strong, local voice in Mark McGowan’s Labor Government.
My husband and I live in Darling Range, on a property in Mundaring.
I work as a senior manager at Woodside and have also served in the public sector, including in emergency response management and counter-terrorism.
Like many, I love the local environment, community and the lifestyle that living in the unique Perth Hills brings.
As someone who owns a farm in Mundaring and has worked in the private sector and government, I understand the challenges that come with a fast growing region: the need for better roads, public transport and protecting the unique Perth Hills.
I’m ready to get things done for our community.
The McGowan Government is getting on with delivering the job-creating projects and services our community needs – like the Byford rail line, fixing Denny Avenue, 24-hour police station at Armadale, a new primary school in Byford, better health services and community safety initiatives.
I will be an advocate for my community in the McGowan Labor Government – a strong, local voice standing up for what really matters.
